• If the customer utilises their own booking system for course/event, please confirm booking numbers 72-hours before course or event commence date, including all dietry requirements. If the customer requires travel (including flights), hotel or on-the-day assistance, please let us know as soon as possible. If the customer requires video recording, please notify us 1-week before the event. If the customer requires bespoke room set-up, please let us know 2-days before course start date and at the start of the day for each room layout change. If the customer requires translators, please let us know as soon as possible, including language and duration required.
